Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund
Clients may cancel therapy sessions and inform the therapist of the same. The first two cancellation/rescheduling within a 24 hour period are free of cost. Afterward, a 50 percent charge will be applicable if cancellations or rescheduling occur within less than a 24-hour notice period. The fee for a canceled session will not be refunded. This policy ensures fairness to both the therapist and the clients, as appointment slots are reserved exclusively for each individual's session.
